Women Empowerment
SEDA Life Skills and Empowerment Program:
In hard to reach communities, three in four smallholders are women who solely depend on subsistence farming for livelihoods, unfortunately, they are the most vulnerable to climate crisis, unheard of, disregarded in their own communities and yet limited with technical and financial resources. At SEDA, we believe in the potential in women. We are raising a new Generation of women Entrepreneurs by establishing women Self-Help Groups and fostering job creation to enable grassroots people to lead sustainable positive social change in their own communities.
SEDA-Life Skills and Empowerment Centre Seeks to provide tangible skills and resources to vulnerable young girls within the communities of our interventions. To restore back the life dreams of these youths and give them hope for a better future.
