Since 1993, SHUMAS has provided volunteering opportunities to more than 300 international volunteers and more than 700 national volunteers.
Challenges:

- Volunteers do not always have the specific skills that employees would be hired for.
Future Plans:
SHUMAS will continue to provide opportunities for volunteers and interns to gain skills in development and humanitarian work and become marketable in the job market.
